Frequently Asked Questions About Our Epoxy Training

1. Why might private epoxy training be right for you?

We tailor the training and designs to your wishes, experience and future projects.

Want to learn a particular technique or ask questions about other epoxy projects? There is time for that too.

You receive exclusive one-to-one guidance, work at your own pace and focus on what you really want to learn.

2. What makes our epoxy training different from other courses?

Our training is hands-on, in small groups, so everyone receives personal guidance.

After each short demonstration, you immediately create your own marble, stone or other epoxy design.

You make 3 epoxy panels per day and take them all home. Together, they form a portfolio to show future clients.

3. What will you learn besides creating luxury epoxy designs?

A beautiful epoxy design starts with proper preparation!

We explain how to assess and prepare different surfaces, including moisture checks, repairs, sanding and primers.

Through hands-on practice, you learn to create luxury marble and stone effects using different resins, pigments and techniques.

You learn not only how to create a beautiful finish, but also how to avoid costly mistakes.

4. Can I carry out professional epoxy projects independently after training?

You leave with a solid practical foundation for working on luxury epoxy designs for floors, wall panels and countertops.

You understand how different techniques work, which materials you need and what to watch for to avoid mistakes.

As with any craft, confidence and routine grow with practice. Your own panels also give you a portfolio to show prospective clients.

5. Can I earn back my investment in training?

Pouring an epoxy floor is one thing; creating an exclusive design can really set your work apart.

As an illustrative example, a standard epoxy floor might be priced at €80 per m², while a luxury marble or stone finish might reach €250 per m², depending on the project and market.

One good project could potentially cover your training investment. Actual returns depend on your jobs, costs and pricing, while the skills you learn can be used for years.

6. What will you learn during the Professional Epoxy Training?

You learn about luxury epoxy designs for floors, wall panels and countertops, from preparation and material selection to marble and stone effects.

In this hands-on training in small groups, you do the work yourself with personal guidance.

No experience needed! Whether you want to expand your current services or take a completely new career direction, you can learn.

7. What is the difference between the 2-day and 3-day Professional Epoxy Training?

2 days: You make 6 panels: 3 measuring 40 × 40 cm to learn different luxury designs and 3 floor panels measuring 60 × 80 cm to practise a different technique for epoxy floors.

3 days: You make 9 panels in total. On day three, you create another 3 panels measuring 40 × 40 cm and learn additional techniques such as Ocean Art and Geode Art.

In both courses, we also work together on a countertop to learn the pouring technique.

You take every panel home as your own portfolio!

8. What languages are the courses taught in?

The Professional Epoxy Training and Design Masterclass in small groups are taught in English.

Choose private training and you can learn in Dutch, English or Spanish.

That way, you can ask questions and learn techniques in a language you feel comfortable using.

9. Are all materials and refreshments included?

Yes! All necessary resin, pigments, panels, tools and protective materials are included.

At lunchtime, we go together to a nearby restaurant where you can choose a simple lunch you enjoy. Lunch is included, as are snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Everything is arranged so you can focus on learning.

10. What does a training day look like?

We start at 9:30 a.m. with a short explanation and demonstration, then you get straight to work.

At midday we take a short lunch break together at a local restaurant before continuing with hands-on practice.

We finish between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m., depending on how the day progresses.

There is plenty of time for questions and personal guidance throughout.

11. Will I receive a certificate afterwards?

Yes! After training, you receive a personalised certificate of participation in the professional epoxy training.

The certificate is issued in your chosen name, so please tell us which name to print when you register.

Along with your panels, it makes a valuable addition to your portfolio and shows future clients what you have trained in.

12. How do registration and payment work?

When you register, you pay a €200 deposit to reserve your place.

We agree together how the remaining balance will be paid. You can pay in cash or by bank transfer.

That way, you know what to expect in advance.

13. When can I take my epoxy panels home?

Panels made on day one can be packed and taken away the following day.

The larger floor panels made on day two need another night to cure. For a two-day course, we recommend staying an extra night unless you have suitable transport.

On a three-day course, you can take the floor panels on day three. For the final panels, we use fast-curing resin whenever possible.

Tip: combine your training with a lovely stay in Marbella. Many students enjoy a few extra days here with their partner!

14. Can you ship my epoxy panels?

No, we do not offer panel shipping.

You take your finished panels home yourself. When planning your journey, please allow for their size and the curing time.

15. Will I receive information and notes to take home?

Yes! At the start of each training day, you receive an outline of the topics and techniques we will cover, with space for your own notes.

After the training, you also receive a useful list of the products and materials we used, including where to buy them.

This helps you keep practising at home and prepare your own epoxy projects.
